Why So Many Wealthy Women Still Feel Anxious About Money……

✨ Release guilt, fear, and panic around money

And What We Can Do About It

Imagine if you had more money than you could ever spend. And yet, you still check your account every morning — just in case it’s all gone.

Sounds unlikely?

I’ve worked with financially successful women for over a decade — women with thriving businesses, investment portfolios, and generational wealth already in place.

And time and again, I hear the same quiet confessions:

💬 “I still worry it could all disappear.”

💬 “I don’t really know what I’m doing with my money.”

💬 “I feel guilty every time I spend.”

💬 “I panic whenever I have to make decisions about money.”

So why is it that women who have wealth so often struggle to feel wealthy?

The answer isn’t in spreadsheets. It lives in our stories.

Where Financial Anxiety Comes From

Most of us were never taught how to feel safe around money.

We inherited our beliefs — often unconsciously — from childhood. What we saw. What we didn’t see. What we were told (and not told).

Many of us internalised messages like:

  • “Wanting money makes you greedy.”
  • “Spending it means you’re irresponsible.”
  • “Asking for more means you’re too much.”
  • “Money is the root of all evil.”

These beliefs don’t magically disappear just because your bank balance grows. They sit quietly beneath the surface — fuelling guilt, fear, panic, and self-doubt.

What True Wealth Feels Like

True wealth isn’t about how much you have — it’s about how you feel.

💡 Feeling safe to use it

💡 Trusting yourself with your financial decisions

💡 Knowing you’re allowed to want what you want

This is the work I love.

Helping women not just grow and manage their money — but feel free with it.
